To this end, she modestly learned from the old staff, worked hard on the operation technology, and repeatedly guessed every action skill of the teacher. It is with this tenacity that Li ruiruirui won the first place in the spring operation games three months after entering the workshop. In addition to participating in systematic training in the workshop, Li ruiruirui also made tasks for herself when she came home. During that time, she got up at more than 4 o'clock every day to review theoretical knowledge. She went to work at 8 o'clock in the morning. Li ruiruirui went to the workshop to practice before 7 o'clock. She usually went off work at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. She insisted on practicing until 8 o'clock in the evening. She went home with her shift colleagues and continued to write theoretical knowledge silently. She often fell asleep on her desk with a pen. Two years of technical training has made Li ruiruirui grow rapidly, but she has not stopped moving forward, but is bold in innovation and dare to try. In 2016, the company introduced a number of advanced new segment color yarn equipment, and the product quality is not very stable. In April 2018, at the age of 22, Li ruiruirui was rated as a model worker in Shandong Province, becoming the youngest provincial model worker in the 37 years since the establishment of the factory and the youngest provincial model worker in the province that year.

Go to Beijing for further study and strive to be a female textile worker in the new era

In March 2019, Li ruiruirui was admitted to the model worker undergraduate class of China Institute of labor relations. "After I entered the school, I was very stressed, because the people around me were labor models from various posts. They had rich knowledge and work experience. Li Ruirui said, but unwilling to fall behind, she went to the library to "check in" as soon as she had time, read and study all kinds of professional books, and strive to improve her theoretical knowledge. At the same time, she actively expressed her opinions in class. She learned from other model workers with an open mind after class, and her efforts paid off. She was rated as "excellent student" and "full-time pacesetter" by the college for two consecutive years.

When the winter and summer vacation came, Li ruiruirui didn't give herself too much rest time. She took the initiative to contact the workshop director in advance to apply for returning to her post. Often it was only a few days off, and she returned to her post. "The season of high temperature and high humidity from June to August is the most difficult time for spinning, and it is also a difficult time for the company to employ workers, so I took the initiative to report back to the workshop as soon as I came back." Li Ruirui said.

Through communication with the company's human resources teacher, Li ruiruirui learned about the current situation of the company's reserve brain drain. Using the theoretical knowledge she learned in school, she communicated with the personnel of various positions in the workshop, made a survey questionnaire, assisted the workshop in making a survey report on the causes of employee turnover, and put forward her own opinions, which played a guiding role in the recruitment, retention, introduction and use of employees in the workshop. Moreover, Li ruiruirui also gives full play to his technical advantages and imparts exquisite technology to the surrounding new employees, but training new workers is not a simple job. "Maybe it's because I'm much younger than them. Many new employees are skeptical about my technology." Li Ruirui said, but she didn't give up, but exchanged exquisite and efficient operation technology for the conviction of new employees.

"Review the old and know the new" is what Li ruiruirui often says to new employees. When teaching new employees learning methods, she is also summarizing and improving her teaching methods. Under her careful training, most new workers can work independently in only 20 days.
